Transfer Money From Comdata Card To Bank Account

So, here's a big ol' n00b question for you -
I just found out I'm being paid over my ComData card. Can you put money into a bank account from it? Can you do it over the internet or phone? I don't know how to keep funding my bill-pays if there's no paycheck being deposited to my account and I can't show up in person if I'm on the road.
Is my bank going to balk?

Yeah you can transfer money from your comdata card to your bank account but you have to call comdata customer service and let them about what you need and they will ask you to fax a deposit form from your bank with your name, routing number and account number on it and they will do the process but it usually take 3 to 5 business days for the fund to transfer, good luck with comdata.

Not all cards are set up that way . The carrier needs to be asked the options on their card . I could make instant transfers from the card to my checking account over the phone . No way would I fax my bank info every time I needed money .
Here is the procedure I used .
BANK TRANSFER OPTION
The bank transfer option allows you to transfer funds from your Comdata account to you bank account, by phone, with no fees attached.- Fill out the blank transfer application
- Staple a voided check to the application-If you want to transfer to a savings account, or do not have checks, a letter from your bank stating your account and routing numbers on bank letterhead with a bank representative's signature is acceptable. -Do not send in a deposit slip! These cannot be accepted!
- Turn in completed application and check into the Contractor Services Dept.
- Your bank Transfer account will take two weeks to set upIf you try to access the bank transfer before your account is active, your account may be delayed for an additional two weeks.

Also, HR. At least one company (Swift) does either direct deposit OR Comdata OR a combo of the two. You might want to see if direct deposit is an option at your company.

You can also get $$$$ from an ATM with your Com-Data card. And, if I remember correctly, write a com-check, then mail it to your bank to deposit. Of course, this will take a few extra days to clear etc.

I transfer before 5 pm and by the next day it is in my account.

With my card I could use it at WalMart to make small purchases then get cash back to avoid ATM fees .

I'm an O/O all the people I deal with use electronic transfer. I have Square for people I don't know. I would rather eat $12.00 than not get paid. Checks bounce, this don't.

i strongly advise NOT allowing your company or comdata having that type of control over your money
that is your company's comdata account, not yours
i have heard too many horror stories over accounts frozen by the company when disputes arise
and comdata has a lot of fees
have them direct deposit to your own separate account and dont use their accountant, legal services or any other "favors"
always keep your stuff separate

if nothing works electronically ? you can fill out a comdata check made out to yourself then call comdata to get authorization, sign the back then deposit the check like a company payroll check. Ive done this before and it does work this way.
